Through Our Own Eyes Retreat (Tooer) was held in April 1997, November 1998 and October 2000. We are creating this meeting again as an opportunity for woman physicians to reflect on our personal and professional lives. Each day we will have:

	FACILITATED small group discussions and exercises based on the specific interests and needs of our participants.
	MOVEMENT SESSIONS Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, etc. Led by Ellen Watson, a teacher of transformational movement practices, and member of the Esalen Movement Arts staff since 1984.
	OPEN TIME for you to pursue activities that renew your energy and creativity. Bring your journal, your watercolors, hiking boots, meditation pillow, your sunglasses and a great book! We also encourage you to consider attending with a colleague, a friend from medical school, residency or your community.

ESALEN INSTITUTE is a comfortable, nurturing environment with beautiful gardens, natural mineral hot springs, and abundant, fresh food. It is located on the spectacular Big Sur coast south of San Francisco and Monterey. Massage and movement classes are available. Participants will have access to all Esalen facilities.
